After she fell in love with business and marketing, Mei started coaching in 2016. What began as a blog documenting her experience of growing her jewelry business into a multi-million dollar business became a real community dedicated to learning and growth. Mei and her team of coaches have helped thousands of creatives in their pursuit of building the business of their dreams.

The journey to this point was not easy, though. Despite having created a highly successful jewelry business from the ground up, Mei was met with much resistance from the industry, saying she was too young or inexperienced to be a coach.

So, like with everything else in her life, Mei responded by proving everyone wrong. 

Mei made her speaking debut on the Creative Live stage one year after starting her coaching business, joining the likes of Tim Ferris, Arianna Huffington, Brené Brown, Daymond John and other influential speakers.

Mei has since spoken at numerous events, conferences, podcasts and is a sought-after educator for marketing in the creative space.

Mei is known for her candid, no-nonsense, practical approach to business. Her clients love how she makes business concepts so easy to understand.

Many of Mei’s clients have quit their day jobs, retired with their spouses, and built stable online businesses of their own. Coaching has helped them stay home to be with their families and spend their time doing what they’re truly passionate about.

Nothing brings greater joy to Mei than to lift other people up. Mei is obsessed with human psychology, user experience and changing lives.
